Delicious fish with sweet & sour sauce, with mushrooms... mmmmmm... yum! The taste is very delicate, the dish diet. Cooking
Catfish gutted, washed, cut into steaks with a width of about 2 cm (I was off for a fish soup). RUB with salt, sprinkle with black pepper and tarragon, you can sprinkle lightly with lemon juice (I have today, for some reason lemon was not :( ) and put the catfish in refractory form
Meanwhile, let us mushrooms: mushrooms need to wash, chop, put in a pan and stew in a little water (5 minutes), then the resulting mushroom drain (it will come in handy in the future). Add sliced onion half rings, to salt, add Basil, oregano, a little ground black pepper and fry until transparent onion.
Now add ketchup, broth, grated on a medium grater pickles, sugar and simmer for another 5 minutes.
Received sauce fill our fish and send in a preheated 180-200 degree oven for 40 minutes.
