My fantasies of Chinese salads. Somehow, 10 years ago, my friend "discovered" for myself (and then to us) Chinese food. I suspect that my ancestry has mixed blood, and Chinese in particular (and otherwise, how to explain my craving for half-baked hot and sour food?). But then there's my new gadget - spielerisch had to try! Sudras was not only the hand, itching in EVERY CELL of MY BODY!!!

Cooking
I am not able step-by-step recipes to do! But I'll try!!! So, take the set of products (in the background: Satan-machine that turns vegetables into spaghetti!).
Chop the vegetables in the spaghetti (with the help of the working principle is easy or shredded). Potatoes, wash, cover with water, adding Apple cider vinegar and put it on the fire (to cook from the moment of boiling for 4-5 minutes on low heat). Then remove from heat and leave to cool in acidic medium to room temperature.
Combine all the ingredients, except the cucumber, season with freshly-ground mixture of peppers, salt, olive oil. Decorate with a spiral sliced cucumber. Bon appetit!
