Pancakes, stewed in homemade sour cream
What pancakes do not happen in the world! And all of them love: both adults and children. Certainly, every housewife has its own "signature" recipe. I bake pancakes of all sorts of different ways: chocolate, cheese, pumpkin, with and without surplus, Russian and American. But the most favorite are still pancakes with cottage cheese, and even braised in homemade sour cream. Are often made on holidays and leaving early cakes-cakes!!!

My recipe for many years unchanged: 1 liter of milk, 3 eggs, 5 tbsp sugar, 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp soda, 3 tbsp vegetable oil 3 tbsp. flour. Knead the dough, allow it to stand for about 30 minutes. If the dough is greatly thickened, diluted milk or whey, or kefir. NOT water. These are "leaky" pancakes.

For the filling mix the cottage cheese, egg, sugar and raisins.

Generously grease with sour cream and sprinkle with sugar.

Sent in a preheated 180-200°C for 20 minutes. Our task is to wait for the moment when the cream will be absorbed into the pancakes. That's why the room with the store not pass, it will just curdle.
