Pilaf vegetable
A simple pelvic, enjoy my docore... So often it is cooked and you are advised to try... especially as it does not require much time..

Ingredients

  • Figure

    1 cup

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    3 piece

  • Cumin

    1 tsp

  • Garlic

    5 tooth

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

finely chop onion, carrot and overcook minced vegetable oil (I make risotto in a frying pan, but of course you can and in the pot)

then fill with rice, put unpeeled cloves of garlic, cumin, pepper, salt and pour 2 or 2.5 cups water

cook on a slow fire, when the water is all evaporated - pilaf ready.... All a pleasant appetite!!!
