Bake the cake: beat the eggs in a foam, then add sugar and a pinch of baking soda and finally the flour. Disturb the flour with a spoon so that the cake is not a donkey. Cream: blend 3 egg yolks and half Cup white sugar, add 1 tablespoon of flour and 1.5 cups of milk. Cook over low heat until thick, remove from heat allow to cool and drive the oil with a mixer. Add vanilla. The resulting cake is divided into 2 parts. One part cut from the sides, reducing the size. Grease the bottom (larger) cake cream, put on top a small whole cake to cover with cream. The top of the cake using a pastry syringe decorate with whipped cream and sugar flowers. Bon appetit!
