Description

Pancakes with Apple
This recipe made me pancakes, my grandma. Very gentle, not greasy, crispy fritters. If you want to feel the apples in the pancakes, you may add grated Apple with the peel, if you want a more delicate flavor, without the:) shows you how easy it is to grate the unpeeled Apple without a peel. Also weighed all the ingredients and calculate the calories - it has 149 calories per 100 grams. For pancakes it quite a bit:) One of my average pancake weighs 30 grams

    4 piece

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Cinnamon

  • Vanilla

  • Apple

    4 piece

Cooking

step-0
Whisk the eggs with the sugar using a mixer or whisk, then add the yogurt, stir well and put on medium heat. Stirring frequently, bring mixture to very warm, but not too hot (touch it with your finger, the mixture should not burn). I see, so the protein is not curled.
step-1
Apple cut into 4 pieces, cut serdtsevinu, grate and leave aside. The Apple in the dough add at the end. If you want without skin: just cut into 4 pieces, but the three flesh down.
step-2
When removed from heat yogurt mixture, add salt, flour, stir well, then add grated apples, mix. Then turn the soda. In the test, the bubbles will appear. About the consistency of the dough should be like thick cream. Then add a few pinches of cinnamon OR vanilla. Cinnamon perfectly blends with Apple.
step-3
In the batter I oil is not added. Tried to add and not add. For convenience frying is not affected, so why the extra oil? I take a folded paper towel, drip on the pan with a DROP of vegetable oil and smear all over the pan. See how little oil you need. Pancakes turn out very lean, well away from the pan when you flip. I have a skillet that I use only for frying pancakes or waffles with non-stick coating, the simplest. Bought it for $ 100 a couple of years ago.
step-4
Fry on both sides. The output from this amount of ingredients I get two plates of pancakes as in the photo of ava. Bon appetit.
