Muffins with prunes and cinnamon
Cupcakes, muffins... mmm! I have some favorite prescription. But this became king in my cookbook! Delicious, soft, melt in your mouth cupcake! Recipe read in the Italian magazine La cucina italiana. The original recipe indicates neither soda nor baking powder, but I added 1 tsp of baking powder with the flour. I think due to this it is nicely cracked on top.

Stirring constantly with a spatula or mixer, add one egg, mix well and add the flour, vanilla sugar, cinnamon (if you don't want the rich taste of cinnamon, just sprinkle a little dough, after put in the form) and prunes, pre-soaked in hot water and cut into pieces.
