Description
Kale muffins with sausage. A quick and simple way of making cupcakes. This recipe is very similar to a pie with cabbage.
Ingredients

Yogurt
4 Tbsp

Chicken egg

Flour
3 Tbsp

Vegetable oil
1 Tbsp

Soda
1 tsp

Cabbage
250 g

Sausage
50 g
Cooking
Shred cabbage finely.
Sausage cut into cubes.
Beat eggs, add salt
Yogurt, vegetable oil,
Flour with baking soda. Mix well.
Add the cabbage and sausage. Mix well.
Put in tins, bake until done, t 200 gr.
