Description
This recipe brought my husband from Czech Republic (actually so is the name). For me it is more a sauce for fondue, as the Czechs called it hot dipped in it slices of bread. But my mom was eating it, even cold. Try it and you will like it!

Cooking
Bacon cut into cubes and sent to vytaplivaete in the pan.
At this time, whisk together yogurt, flour, egg. Salt.
Fat vytaplivaete until Golden Schrock.
Pour it in the pan our kefir mixture.
Cook sauce over medium heat, stirring periodically. When the sauce reaches the consistency of liquid sour cream - turn off and allow to infuse.
