One of the quick dishes I brought from Hungary. Produced without the expenditure of energy and products. Delicious, hearty, cheap, cheerful!!! :)
Ingredients

Chicken egg

Water
-
Flour
-
Salt
-
Vegetable oil

Cheese

Sour cream
Cooking
Flour, eggs, water(salted) vegetable oil and knead elastic dough. Give it a rest 10 minutes.
Roll out the dough into a ball, 2mm thick
Slice the dough into nice diamonds (not necessarily pinch off pieces of dough the size of 2-3cm, as do Hungarian mistress-it takes too much time)
Cook diamonds in boiling water until done (3-4min), then fry them in bacon, doda sour cream and cottage cheese to the pan. Voila!
