Another variation of cooking meat meatball. Own invention.

Beets baked in foil in the oven (or boil), RUB on a small grater, squeeze with hands, removing the juice.
Add the prepared beets in the stuffing mix. Add to the minced soaked in milk bread (I usually make only with the crumb and the crust cut off), egg, salt, pepper, spices. A good stuffing mix.
To prepare cheese. Leave 3-4 triangles to fill. Wet hands to form in the palm circle of forcemeat, put a triangle of cheese, the edges to take.
Put in a baking dish prepared noodles and pour sauce.
For the sauce, mix the milk, sour cream and melkorazmernye remaining cheese triangles. Bake in preheated to 220 degrees oven for 1 hour.
