Cooking
To make this wonderful, easy and delicious dessert we need to dice the apples and prunes. I use spices for gingerbread. They perfectly emphasize the taste of apples and brown sugar.
We need 1 layer of phyllo dough or very, very thinly rolled yeast free dough - the thinner the better. Gently apply it on the dough soft cheese 0% fat.
Spread the filling around the dough, leaving 1 cm around the edges.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. The dough roll into a loaf, grease with egg, sprinkle with spices and sent in to bake for 15 minutes.
Our rosy strudel put on a plate and allow to cool a little.
