Rice-corn muffins
My dear cooks, familiar and not, this cupcake I would like to celebrate its anniversary, today is exactly a year since I registered on the site and this is my 50th recipe! Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Corn flour

    150 g

  • Rice flour

    100 g

  • Starch

    50 g

  • Butter

    180 g

  • Carob

    2 tsp

  • Leavening agent

    2 tsp

  • Sugar

    80 g

  • Chicken egg

It's the necessary products. Anyone have carob, feel free to replace it with cocoa powder, and I replaced the oatmeal into powder for making pudding with Jerusalem artichoke.

The second part to mix with rice flour, oatmeal and 1 teaspoon baking powder.

In a greased form (I have silicone, I did not grease) put layers first layer with rice flour, then coat with cornmeal. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 40 minutes.

Cool, remove from the mold, if desired, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
