Cooking
Make the dough. To do this, grind the softened butter and 0.5 cups of sugar. Add half a Cup of sour cream and soda - mix well.
Add the flour, knead a soft dough.

Apples to clear, cut. Here it all depends on Your taste - I feel closer to the average size on the part of the pie. The original recipe was suggested to use 1 kg of apples. I cooked this cake twice - first I had apples in amount of about 0.5 kg., the second - 700 grams. To admit, the first time was better and tastier.
Apples spread on the batter in the pan, distributing evenly.
Preparation of fill: egg mix with 0.5 cups of sugar.
Add 1-1. 5 cups of sour cream, and 0.5 tsp. of cinnamon. Stir the resulting mass with 2 tablespoons of the flour to avoid lumps.
Pour sour cream mixture to the apples. Bake at 170 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
