Hot salad "Gurman" from ITLV.

Ingredients

  • Olive oil

  • Vinegar

    2 Tbsp

  • Chicken fillet

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Lettuce

    80 g

  • Parmesan

    40 g

  • Fillet

  • Thyme

  • Rosemary

  • Cherry tomatoes

    60 g

  • Mushrooms

    50 g

  • Peas

    40 g

  • Onion

    10 g

  • Basil

    5 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Prepare all ingredients, wash and dry.

Vegetables and cut the meat into large chunks, onion and garlic finely chop. Grate cheese on a fine grater.

In a deep bowl, combine salad mix and sliced cherry tomatoes, then place on a plate. Preheat the frying pan. On a heated pan pour the oil. When it is hot, add the vegetables. After a little frying add the meat, thyme and rosemary. Fry until cooked. At the end of cooking add salt, pepper, vinegar and mix well. Ready ingredients to put on top of salad mix. Sprinkle with lettuce and cheese. Decorate with Basil leaves and drizzle with olive oil Extra Virgen.
