The white cabbage salad
A very unusual combination of healthy products - delicious and easy salad!

Ingredients

  • Cabbage

    100 g

  • Radishes

    2 piece

  • Cranberries

    50 g

  • Nuts

    50 g

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Sunflower oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Olives

    2 piece

  • Parsley

    2 g

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    0.5 g

Cooking

Cabbage finely chopped, pour soy sauce and mash with hands;

Radish cut into thin semicircles, cranberries washed and dried, nuts chopped with a knife;

In the cabbage, add the radishes, nuts, berries and crumble the cheese - mix well and salt if necessary;

Put the salad in the plate or gently, garnish with olives and herbs, pour oil and sprinkle with pepper;

Serve immediately!
