Cake
Yesterday I wanted something tasty. Looked in the fridge and decided to bake a plum and a cheese biscuit. But alas, the squirrels I did not want to vzbivayte in a magnificent mass and I did not sponge cake, but zapekanka. But I'm not desperate and prepared a cake of two types of test and have not regretted. :-) So was born cake "Raving lunatic"

Ingredients

  • Yogurt

    100 ml

  • Cheese

    250 g

  • Drain

    600 g

  • Chicken egg

    5 piece

  • Sugar

    2 cup

  • Mandarin

    1 piece

  • Milk

    300 ml

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Butter

    200 g

  • Yolk egg

    2 piece

Cooking

In containers, pour yogurt

and all thoroughly.

Then add the egg yolks, sugar, flour and stir.

Plum wash, remove the seeds. Some beautiful berries to leave for decoration, the rest add to the dough. Beat the whites in a separate container until a stable foam and gently add to the batter.

Form for baking grease with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.

The dough gently pour into mold and place in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes

Tangerine peel, divided into slices, remove the bones carefully. Postponed from earlier draining also remove the seeds. Cake gently remove from oven and decorate with fruit, sprinkle the top lightly with sugar. Put back in oven and bake at 180'C until completely cooked (check with a wooden skewer). Remove from oven and let slightly cool.

To prepare the lower base: for this to connect the yolks, sugar, oil and flour and knead the dough (I used the processor). Put the dough in shape and bake at 180'C until Browning. PS Sorry, but the pictures did not work :-)

To prepare the custard: for this to combine 250 ml of milk and sugar and put on fire and stir, bring to a boil. 1.5 tbsp flour diluted in 50 ml of milk and gently pour into the boiling milk, brewing. Beat butter and enter into our mix. All thoroughly and remove from heat.

Sand the finished cake out onto a dish

Cover it evenly with 2/3 of the cream.

Pour the remaining cream. Leave 1.5 hours for impregnation. Nice capite!!!!!

PS the Cake looks not very appetizing, for that I apologize. But the taste is not affected. My loved, for which they thank you :-)
