Cannelloni with tomatoes and cheese
I published this recipe, now there's a step-by-step option. Very delicious dish for lovers of Italian cuisine (and not only). The recipe was taken "Lisa" (a long time).

Ingredients

Tomatoes pour over boiling water, then immediately in cold water. Peel and cut into cubes. Bacon cut into strips.

In skillet, heat 1 tbsp oil and fry the bacon.

The bacon is removed and the remaining oil put the tomatoes and passed through a press garlic. Boil for 30 minutes. At this time, cut the cheese into small cubes.

When will the 30 minutes of boiling down the tomatoes, the fire off, add the cheese to the pan, season with salt and pepper. Give mass to cool slightly.
