Cake with walnuts
Delicious and easy to prepare pie, the recipe of which I inherited from my great-grandmother.

Ingredients

  • Sour cream

    150 g

  • Butter

    150 g

  • Soda

    0.25 tsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Flour

    3 cup

  • Walnuts

    1 cup

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

Cooking

Mix the butter, sour cream, baking soda and salt.

Add flour, knead the dough. Divide it into 2 parts: 1/3 and 2/3.

A large part of the rolled thickness of 1 cm and put into the form, typically the pan (I took all the ingredients in 2 times more and cooked on a baking sheet). A smaller part of the rolled thickness of 0.5 cm.

Make filling: crush the walnuts, add sugar and egg, mix. Spread the filling on the dough in the form, leaving a couple of inches at the edges to wrap. Cover lower half, carefully wrap and fasten the edges together. Make the middle hole with a five-kopeck coin.

Sent in a preheated 200 degree oven for about 30 minutes, until cooked dough (it should be crumbly).

Remove and let stand for 10 minutes for the filling to set. Bon appetite =)
