Ingredients

  • Flour

    600 g

  • Sugar

    50 g

  • Yeast

    25 g

  • Olive oil

    30 ml

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Water

    200 ml

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sesame

In warm water put the yeast dissolved, add sugar, egg yolk, salt, oil and flour with baking powder, knead the dough, put in a glass dish and put in the fridge for 60-90 min. the Risen dough formed on Kavasaki and leave for 10 min.
