Cooking
This pepper I usually cook with pork mince - so it turns out tastier. Figure I pre-boiled until soft. Clean the peppers from seeds. Chop onions, carrots rubbed on a coarse grater. Tomatoes also rubbed
Half of the onion lightly fry in a little sunflower oil. Add the mince, salt and a little fry. Long - 5-7 minutes. Then the prepared minced meat mixed with rice and stuffed peppers. Put in a heatproof dish.
Now prepare the sauce. In vegetable oil fry the onion (the other half). Add sugar. In a few minutes sent to the onions carrots. Again fry for 3-4 minutes. Then add grinded tomatoes, sour cream and salt. Carcass a couple of minutes. And pour the sauce pepper. Put it in the oven for 40-50 minutes (at 200C).
