Rhubarb pie-meringue pie
Recipe from "Lisa", it's called a cake, but for me, more like an Apple pie with rhubarb. But the taste is worth it!

Ingredients

  • Margarine

    200 g

  • Vanilla

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Sugar

    200 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 Tbsp

  • Rhubarb

    300 g

  • Yolk egg

    2 piece

  • Potato starch

    30 g

  • Cream

    5 Tbsp

  • Powdered sugar

    200 g

  • Egg white

    3 piece

Margarine, sugar, Vinylinum and grind and magnificently to beat. Enter the eggs. Mix in the flour and baking powder. Already not beat with a mixer, and mix well with a spoon. Detachable form grease fat. Put the dough in the form. Put in a preheated 200 degree oven and bake for 30 minutes.

Rhubarb cut into pieces, and adding 3 tbsp of water, saute for about 2 minutes, remove from heat.

Mix the egg yolks, starch, cream and sugar. Magnificently to beat on a hot water bath and mix with rhubarb. Stir with a spoon.

Remove from oven crust and reduce oven temperature to 150 degrees.

Creamy revengeful weight put on the cake and bake for another 25 minutes.

Whites with powdered sugar vzbit in a cool foam. Lay in a pile on pie and bake in the oven until the meringue are brown. PS I follow this recipe and baked the first time. In my opinion it turned out a bit too much dough, 1/4 at least smaller. And toppings should be much more to my taste in 1/5-2 times more. But, like all baking with rhubarb - delicious!
