The chocolate and butter melt in a water bath, place in a plastic bag, with one end make a hole and squeeze the mass into molds, wrapped in foil and greased with vegetable oil. Put in the freezer until fully cured. Then carefully remove the mold and gently pulling the foil. Fill the basket with anything - I have the mousse. So, heat the cream, add the chocolate and melt in the hot cream, cool. Separately whisk the cottage cheese (cream cheese) 50 g icing sugar. Continuing to whisk, pour half of the creamy chocolate and bags of thickener for cream. Blend again, pour in the chocolate and a bag of thickener, the mixture should be very thick.
