Cooking
Boil the fish in salted water with spices (Bay leaf, black pepper.) You can cook fish in the oven in foil. And you can do even easier is to take the finished smoked fish.
Chop the onion and marinate in vinegar (Apple or grape vinegar is perfect.)
Fish remove from broth (broth is not empty, it can be used to prepare fish soup or sauce). Separated from the bones, disassemble into slices.
Boiled beets, carrots and potatoes (I always cook the vegetables beforehand) cut into cubes. Also slice the pickles.
