Cooking

step-0
Place the raisins, chopped peel, nuts and rum (or substitute) in a bowl. Stir, cover with film, pierce the film on top with the tip of a knife and cook in microwave 5 min. (stirring constantly or put out the fire).
step-1
Combine milk, sugar, yeast and 5 tbsp of flour in a large bowl and mix well. Cover and leave in a warm place for 20 minutes.
step-2
When yeast rises, add the remaining flour, butter and yolks. Put dough on table and knead. Add fruit, vanilla, zest, and salt. Return the dough in a large clean bowl, cover with a towel and put in a warm place for 2 hours.
step-3
Pull the dough from the bowl, roll into the shape of a small oval (this will be the size of a cupcake). With a rolling pin to make a hole in the middle. To fold the dough with one hand so that it almost went over the middle. Put on a baking tray laid with foil. Cover with a towel and let stand 30 minutes. preheat the oven to 170 C.
step-4
Bake 1 hour, cover with foil if it starts to burn on top. Remove from the oven. Then 2 options for decorating the top: 1)grease 1/4 melted butter, then sprinkle 1/4 of powdered sugar. Repeat the process several times, until the butter and sugar over. 2)Chilled protein beat with a mixer on low speed, gradually increasing it. When whipped the protein will not leak out of the bowl (if the bowl flipped upside down), start slowly (one teaspoon) to introduce sifted through a strainer powdered sugar. At the end of the whipping add the lemon juice and blend another 5-10 seconds. BON APPETIT!!!)))
