Turkey fillet cut into thin long cubes, add two tablespoons of flour, mix evenly
Onion cut into half rings, add 1 tbsp flour
In a pan heat vegetable oil, fry the onions for 2-3 minutes until light brown colour, transfer into another bowl
In the same pan quickly fry the Turkey until Golden brown batch (min 4 serving)
Return the onions to the meat
Add the tomato sauce. pasta, sour cream, salt, pepper, (if the tomato paste is sour, you can drop the sugar)
Mix everything, cook on low heat under a lid for about 15 minutes, until the meat is cooked.
The dish is ready, serve with your favourite side dish.
