Description
The recipe for this dish was posted on the website in 2010 by the user Alinka86 called "Pizza with seafood, quick and delicious!" and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring". Very unusual, interesting and delicious pie for seafood lovers. Pizza I would not have called, but as the cake is very attracted to me! As a bonus made with the same filling cake on yeast dough that I use for pizza too, very much. Read more in the recipe.

Cooking
Onion peel, cut thin half-rings.
Thawed squid cleaned and cut into rings. Shrimp, if they are in the shell - peel, take out the intestinal vein from the back.
Heated in a pan a little vegetable oil, put onion, a little salt and fry until transparent, stirring occasionally. Don't overcook!
Put the onions in a separate bowl, the butter, where grilled onions fry shrimp and squid for 1-2 minutes, add salt and black pepper, squeezing through a garlic press, stir.
Thawed dough roll out into a circle shape, place in a round baking dish (you can use a frying pan), make a small bumpers. Grease the surface of dough with ketchup. I'm in the ketchup, added some chili sauce for spice.
Next, spread on the onions squid rings and shrimp.
Then we put rings sliced olives, sprinkle to taste black pepper, dried herbs - Basil and oregano. Can use other herbs. Put in preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes at a temperature of 170-180*C For 5 minutes until cooked sprinkle with chopped parsley.
Our cake is ready. I, as a lover of seafood, he loved it!
As an experiment, I made a cake with the same filling on the dough lean dough for pizza (yeast, warm water, salt, flour, a little vegetable oil). This version I liked, too. By the way, suitable for vegetable food. The version on puff pastry, in principle, too, because the finished puff pastry is made from butter and margarine. I tried to learn from what seems to be from a vegetable... But 100% not presume to say, of course. And even did a version of this cake on this "piravom" test, put on top of slices of mozzarella. The guests loved it! Indeed, in this embodiment, even something like a pizza with seafood turned out. Bon appetit!
