Mini-pizzas
Small, mouth-watering pizza made from French dough.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    3 cup

  • Margarine

    200 g

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Milk

    1 cup

  • Yeast

    1 pack

  • Yolk egg

    2 piece

  • Sausage

    150 g

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Mayonnaise

    4 Tbsp

  • Ketchup

    4 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

The yeast mix with the flour and add the milk, softened margarine, sugar, salt, yolks. Knead the dough by hand. If watery, add more flour, but not very steep. Put it in a plastic bag, tie and place in refrigerator for 15-20 minutes. The dough is rolled into a bundle, cut into small pieces, roll out tortillas. To combine the mayonnaise with the ketchup, add grated garlic. Sausage to cut, as you like. Grate cheese on a grater. The pellet gently squeeze the Cup to make a small bumpers. Lubricate sauce.
