Wheat-rye bread
A good choice for a tasty bread for the bread machine. Already baked several times. Very well suited to soup.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Rye flour

    200 g

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Dry milk

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Yeast

    2 tsp

  • Vinegar

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1.5 tsp

  • Water

    300 ml
