Description

Dessert
This dessert based on the recipe John. Oliver's Eton mess. Dessert is very easy and simple to prepare, and the taste is simply magnificent. To serve immediately, as the meringue part can get soaked, and berry quickly makes juice.

Ingredients

  • Cherry

    500 g

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Meringue

    300 g

  • Yogurt

    500 g

  • Mint

Cooking

step-0
The first layer spread the cherry. The dish is desirable to take a large, but with sides. Because dessert gives you the juice. The original recipe is strawberry. You can also use raspberries, blueberries or cuts their berries. On top of berries sprinkle with sugar and slightly mash them, that they would give the juice. This can be done with a fork. But only rumple it is necessary without fanaticism. Puree we don't need. After taking the meringue and a little palamau, spread on top of berries. Pieces of meringue can be different, and small and large. But don't grind them much.
step-1
Top with a spoon pour the yogurt, chaotic. (like say, a drop there, a drop here). After making the second layer. Here berry we're not making, but simply put. (large berries cut in half or into quarters). Again, crushed meringues and yogurt.
step-2
On the top layer crumble the meringue (it is possible and smaller). Decorate as desired. For decoration, but a meringue and cherries, I used mint leaves. Is served almost immediately after preparation. BON APPETIT!!!
