Medallions of salmon with pineapple salsa
It's delicious and summer-bright salmon deserves to become a "signature dish" for the holidays! But, as a family dinner of the day is also quite well suited!

Ingredients

First, prepare the pineapple salsa. For this small fresh pineapple cleaned and cut into small cubes. By the WAY, in this recipe the pineapple can be replaced with peaches! This combination with fish they are also very good.
