Salmon steak American
This incredibly delicious steak I've ever tasted in a small restaurant where we stopped on the way to lunch. I, as a lover of the sea, ordered the salmon steak and, after trying it, I just fell in love with him. This steak is very tender, juicy, flavorful, just melt in your mouth. The recipe is very simple and the cooking time is minimal. Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Salmon

    2 piece

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Maple syrup

    1 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Lemon peel

    2 tsp

  • Bread crumbs

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Salmon steaks wash, soak a paper towel and put in a bowl. Add the soy sauce, ginger-soy sauce ( or grated on a fine grater ginger root, approximately 0.5 cm), maple syrup, lemon juice and lemon zest. Stir and leave for 10-15 minutes to marinate.

Then coat the steaks in breadcrumbs

And fry in vegetable oil TM "generous gift" for about 2-3 minutes on each side. Then cover with a lid and allow to stand for 3-5 minutes.
