Cheesecake cupcakes
A great recipe for savoury muffins with cheese and parsley, perfect as a snack or instead of bread, the recipe from the newspaper.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    240 g

  • Curd

    255 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Milk

    5 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 Tbsp

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Salt

Eggs slightly vzbit with milk

mix the flour with salt, baking powder, add a little unsweetened whipped cottage cheese, pour the eggs and add the parsley, stir very carefully

put in tins for smaller muffins, greased and floured, I had a form of silicone and I did not greased, only the form of the rose slightly greased with vegetable oil

bake in a preheated 180-190 degree oven for about 30 minutes
