Carbonate
Juicy, tasty and very aromatic carbonate prepared in half an hour in the pan.

Ingredients

  • Loin

    800 g

  • Brine

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Black pepper
