Cooking
1. Put chocolate and butter in a bowl.
2. And melt in a water bath for several minutes, stirring from time to time.
3. Preheat oven to temperature of 180 C. Beat the egg (1 piece) with sugar (100 g) to a froth with a mixer until a light mass.
4. And mix egg mixture with chocolate.
5. Then add the sifted flour (40 g) cocoa powder (20 g) and cinnamon (0.5 tsp.), mix gently until a smooth dough.
6. In the mold (18*12) with lightly greased butter paper, put the dough, flatten the top with spatula. Bake for about 30 minutes. Then test for readiness: if the consistency is still soft in the middle, then leave his food processor until tender and formation of thin crust from the edges and from the top.
7. Removing brownies from the mold, allow time to cool completely and cut into squares. Here the bell rang, and the cake itself was planned on the table, well at least not on the floor. A little cracked but still decided to take a picture.
8. Prepare the sauce. Heat the milk together with the cream in a small saucepan without bringing to a boil.
9. In another pot pour sugar, pour the juice, stir well and cook on a medium heat. Once the sugar is completely dissolved, increase the temperature. Not to interfere, so that the sugar does not crystallize.
10. As soon as the caramel will gain viscosity (drip a drop of caramel in cold water should form a ball), quickly bring the cream with the milk to the boil and mix with the caramel, stirring constantly. Here it is necessary to do everything quickly to not curdle the dairy mixture, otherwise there will be small flakes, but still tasty!
11. Caramel remove from heat and add soy sauce, mix well. Let the mixture cool slightly so it thickens.
12. Before serving, sprinkle the cakes with several tablespoons of warm soy caramel sauce. Also very tasty with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Enjoy your tea! PS the Sauce can be prepared even so, it's easier to bring the caramel to viscosity, pour 1-2 -3 tbsp milk or cream and add soy sauce. The sauce will be thicker, but the same delicious.
