Cooking

step-0
Prepare the ingredients for the sauce. Grate cheese on a fine grater. Pour milk into a bowl and heated. At this time the flour is added to milk sifting through a strainer to avoid lumps and stir continuously. Then put oil, sprinkle with salt throw spices (herbs), As it starts to thicken (I have about 2 minutes) pour the broth into the eye (like how I came up with somewhere around a half Cup), add 20 grams of cheese and thoroughly mix. another minute boil and Overeem with fire. Then strain that did not fall the small lumps. Set aside.
step-1
Potatoes cut into wedges (fries) and dried on polotenechko. Breast cubes, can be any size just not too finely so as not to dry was. Potatoes fry in large quantity of sunflower oil (it turns out the fries). Remove from oil and allow to drain and sprinkle with salt now. Fry the meat in a frying pan over high heat until Golden brown. Salt. Long to hold so as not withered.
step-2
Now everything is ready and starting to put our "Putin". Hot potatoes spread remaining cheese
step-3
Then the chicken and top generously pour the sauce. You can decorate the top of greens.
step-4
Our dish is ready!!! To eat hot. Bon appetit!!! This dish can be done with any favorite sauce to the chicken, you can add the mushrooms.
