Millet-cheese meatballs with greens
A very simple and old recipe, a delicious and hearty Breakfast or lunch. In this recipe you can use mashed potatoes left from dinner. The meatballs are good hot or cold. Serve with sour cream, yogurt, milk. Try it!

Ingredients

  • Mashed potatoes

    300 g

  • Wheat flakes

    1 cup

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Dill

    1 coup

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Salt

  • Bran

    3 Tbsp

  • Allspice

Millet flakes pour 1 Cup of boiling water and allow to steep for 3 minutes.

Mix mashed potatoes, cereal and eggs. Add chopped dill, salt and pepper to taste. Give everything a good stir.

Add the bran and mix everything again.

From the resulting mass is formed meatballs and spread on a greased baking sheet.

Mozzarella cheese cut into thin circles, count the meatballs. And spread on top of each. Put in a preheated 200 degree oven for 15-20 minutes.
