Cooking
Every berry sprigs of sea buckthorn to be cut without injuring delicate skin, pointed scissors.
The rolled out layer of dough cover the bottom and sides of a greased form (I have for this is huge cast iron skillet)...(
Apples and pear, remove stems and core with seeds, cut into small cubes... Honey and starch are added to the meats and mix quickly , do not allow the fruit to let the juice immediately after mixing is loaded by filling our future pie. On top of the apples and pears in a single layer put the berries of sea buckthorn...
Close the top layer of rolled out pie dough with holes, grease the surface of the pie with egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds or grated nut...
Put the pie for 40-45 minutes in the oven, preheated to 180-200 degrees . Ready hot cake lightly sprinkle with water and cover with a warm towel for about three hours, until cool. To start the day if a family Breakfast was pie "Autumn motives" FABULOUS, but also fabulously you can end the day in a warm family atmosphere for a Cup of tea and fragrant cake!!! All a pleasant appetite!!!
