Lamb chops in soy-pomegranate vinaigrette
Want to offer to cook lamb ribs in soy-pomegranate vinaigrette. Soy sauce and pomegranate juice makes the meat tender, and the mint without changing the taste of the meat, gives a pleasant aroma! And to go with the ribs will be grilled vegetables.

Ingredients

  • Lamb

    400 g

  • Pomegranate juice

    50 ml

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Spices

  • Mint

  • Vegetables

  • Mayonnaise

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Mutton is cut into pieces, rinse under cold water. Put in a deep bowl. Onion cut into half rings, mash well with hands, add to the meat. Add spices, optional ( I added pepper and ground ginger)

Add to meat juice, olive oil and soy sauce.

Mix thoroughly meat. Add to the meat a few mint leaves. Leave the meat to marinate at least a couple of hours!

Wooden skewers soak in cold water. Strung meat on skewers and place on grill. Fry on coals or in the oven. It took me 30 minutes under 220-240 C. (Rely on your oven) In the process of cooking meat, you can baste it with marinade.

Wash the vegetables, peel and chop. Sprinkle with oil and soy sauce, leave on for 5-10 minutes. Then add the vegetables to the mayonnaise and leave for 25-30 minutes. Strung on skewers and fry in a pan for 5-7 minutes.
