Rice casserole in Apple
The usual tasty and tender rice casserole, but with an unusual method of cooking and serving. As dessert is enough to have one Apple, but as a main dish I want. We have such zapekanka very much. Maybe You have to taste. And cooking time are not very costly it turned out, as expected. Help yourself to health!

  • Chicken egg

  • Cheese

  • Raisins

    2 Tbsp

  • Walnuts

    2 Tbsp

Ingredients required for rice casseroles to Apple "pot". The apples require a bigger, but not very large. Pick apples to your taste, my not-so-sweet with a fine acidity.

Rice "Jasmine" brand "Mistral" (4 tbsp) wash and pour boiling water. Cook in the microwave until soft. I cooked 5 minutes with the power 800W (max power of my microwave oven). You can certainly boil the rice until half-cooked and on the plate.

Washed and cleaned raisins and walnuts chopped smaller. Raisins is enough for 2-3 parts.

For the filling, combine cooked rice, cheese, chopped walnuts and raisins, brown sugar and egg.

Mix thoroughly.

From clean washed apples, remove the core from the stalk and a small amount of pulp to get "pot".

In the Apple "pots" to put the prepared filling. Bake in a preheated oven.
