Baked salmon with spinach and cream of cauliflower. Tender, delicious dish can be a festive table decoration.

Ingredients

  • Salmon

3. From fish to skin, remove the bones, season with salt and pepper, drizzle with olive oil. Fish wrap in foil and bake in a preheated 180C oven for 10 minutes.

4. In a frying pan heat the butter and stew the spinach. Before serving the cabbage mixture, if cooled down to warm. do not boil, and beat with a blender until bubbles appear.

5. On a plate put spinach. on top of the salmon. On the sides lay the cabbage foam.
