Bars-granola from Nigel Lawson
I want to offer another option of tasty and healthy bars.

Ingredients

  • Condensed milk

    1 can

  • Oat flakes

    250 g

  • Coconut

    70 g

  • Cranberry

    100 g

  • Nuts

    60 g

  • Sesame

    60 g

  • Sunflower seeds

    60 g

  • Pumpkin seeds

    60 g

Cooking

In a Cup mix nuts (I used walnuts), peeled sunflower seeds and pumpkin

Add the coconut and cranberries

Add sesame seeds, and cereal, mix well

Condensed milk bring to the boil and pour into the dry mixture, knead until smooth

Massa put in a baking dish, tamp it down with wet hands or a silicone spatula. Make longitudinal incisions. Bake at t-180* for 30-40 minutes until Browning. A nice snack!
