Peanut bakeries
Offer to make yourself that are delicious, nutritious and healthy granola bars.

Ingredients

  • Peanuts

    300 g

  • Honey

    100 ml

  • Olive oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Rice flakes

    100 g

  • Sesame

    2 Tbsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Salt

Cooking

Grind nuts, mix with vanilla sugar

Honey heated over a fire, add salt, nuts and sesame seeds. Pour in the oil and heat until thick

Then remove from heat and add rice cereal. Mix

To prepare this recipe I used rice flakes from TM "Mistral"

A lot to lay out on parchment paper, cover with a sheet and roll into a rectangular formation. Put into the refrigerator for an hour. Then cut into portions. Bon appetit!
