Berry baskets
Crumbly baskets... and lots and lots of berries drenched in sweet jelly...

Ingredients

  • Flour

    225 g

  • Butter

    115 g

  • Salt

    1 g

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

  • Water

    2 Tbsp

  • Berry

    500 g

  • Jelly

    1 pack

Cooking

The flour with the salt and butter cut into pieces, mix into crumbs.

Separately dilute the yolk with ice water and add to flour with butter

Knead the dough and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Take a piece of dough and with your hands smooths the mold. Out of about 10-12 pieces.

Bake in a preheated 180C oven for 15 minutes, until Golden brown. Let cool completely and fill with berries by taste, I have raspberry, mulberry and apricots.

Dilute jelly cake as indicated on the pack, adding sugar and fill the basket. You can immediately apply the jelly hardens instantly. Enjoy your tea!!!
