Sweet macaroni casserole
This casserole is originally from my distant and happy childhood... It is often cooked for me by my mother and grandmother. However the pasta then it was easier, but the original recipe is taken from my very old notebooks with the records of those distant times. The recipe is very simple, and I think that this dessert zapekanka will satisfy everyone, but it is especially appeal, of course, baby!! That's why I wanted to dedicate this recipe with all your heart, selfless, endlessly patient, strong and loving mother Svetlanka (kritikessa) and, most importantly, it's small, courageous daughter Lialechka!!!

Ingredients

  • Pasta

    250 g

  • Milk

    300 ml

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Brown sugar

    200 g

  • Butter

    60 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Chocolate milk

    100 g

To prepare our products. And since I cook a gift of casseroles, from pasta I chose for this recipe are the most elegant of them, in my opinion, Farfalle (bows), and you can take any other kinds of short pasta.

Pasta boil until tender, drain the water. (I put a small amount of ribbons for decoration, but not necessarily). Add pasta to a baking dish, add butter and stir. Give them a little cool. To turn on the heating to 180 degrees oven.

In bowl, lightly beat eggs with vanilla sugar (or cinnamon), our cane sugar (TM Mistral), it will give a nice caramel taste of our dessert casserole. Whisk until the sugar has dissolved completely.

Add to the mixture slightly warmed milk. Stir.

Pour this mixture into the pasta and place in a preheated 180 degree oven for 35-40 minutes, until Golden brown.

To be sure that our casserole is cooked, you can shake up the form - if the dish is ready, the filling should not jiggle. Give the casserole to cool slightly, to get out of shape and you can eat!!

This step is optional, but I decided to decorate your gift and for hot casserole put deferred pasta bows and pieces of chocolate.

Put in hot oven for 5-7 minutes, watching until the melted chocolate. Here such it turned out in the final version! Let cool a little and treat! Optionally, there are hot and cold. Bon appetit!
