Pear, cinnamon and star anise place into a saucepan with 4 1/2 cups. cold water. I did half a dose, so I only have one cinnamon stick and star anise polskastacja. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat, cover with lid (do not cover tightly) and cook for 10 - 12 minutes. Cover and leave for another 10 minutes so that the flavors open. Strain the drink, add the sugar, stir until it dissolves.
