Ingredients

  • Pumpkin

    300 g

  • Zucchini

    200 g

  • Red onion

    1 piece

  • Beans

    150 g

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Vegetable oil

  • Spices

To prepare all the products. Pumpkin cut into cubes 1,5x2 cm, add 1 tbsp oil, salt and herbes de Provence, mix well, spread on a baking sheet with foil or paper and put bake in the oven for 15-20 min at t 190-200 gr.

Chicken fillet cut lengthwise into 2 parts with a thickness of 1-1,5 cm, season with salt, pepper and paprika (you can add curry), herbs de Provence. In skillet, heat vegetable oil and fry until Golden brown 3-5 minutes on one side without the cover, flip and cover with lid, cook until tender 5-7 minutes. To shift the fillets in a bowl and cover with foil.
