I love cabbage... any salads but most of the Chinese cabbage. !Tender.. delicious.. useful.. the Salad is very simple... and I show it by the fact that in conversation with a friend of mine .. she told me that all Chinese did not eat the cabbage .. not buying.. because I do not know what to do with it)))I thought that maybe on the website there will be people who will be the recipe interesting)))

Chop the cabbage ...Cucumber...Carrot RUB on a grater for Korean salads(I didn't have a carrot ... it doesn't matter..)))green Onion ..Stir...Make a sauce of vinegar, mustard(optional)Sugar. of salt and vegetable oil...pour the salad..taste...salad Can not fill and the sauce to be put separately on the table..everyone will do it myself ))Cut into strips sausage add to a salad..I love to have a lot of cabbage...add the rest little by little...but then everything depends on your taste))))
