A dessert of rhubarb with apples
Simple, quick, perfect for ice cream and as a Supplement to porridges.

Ingredients

  • Apple

    2 piece

  • Rhubarb

    4 piece

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Wine white semi-dry

    3 Tbsp

  • Butter

    1 tsp

Apples to clear from the middle and cut into small dice. Rhubarb remove the membranes and slice.

Put the sugar and butter. Bring to a boil, pour in the wine and boil 5 minutes on slow fire under a cover. Open and allow to evaporate the liquid. Allow to cool and serve.
