Cake
Cake of dark and light cakes with a delicate impregnation. Favorite pie of my husband. Recipe from K. K. godfathers :)

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    8 piece

  • Sugar

    4 cup

  • Sour cream

    2 cup

  • Flour

    3 cup

  • Cocoa powder

    2 Tbsp

  • Vanilla

  • Soda slaked vinegar

    2 tsp

  • Nuts

  • Milk

    0.5 l

  • Butter

    400 g

For a light cake: RUB 6 egg whites, 1 Cup sugar, 100 g melted butter, 1 Cup sour cream, add 1 tsp slaked soda, vanilla, 1.5 cups flour, nuts to taste. Bake in a deep frying pan on low heat (I set 180 degrees) 45-50 minutes (readiness check wand :)).

For dark cake: RUB 6 egg yolks, 1 Cup sugar, 1 Cup sour cream, add 1 tsp slaked soda, vanilla, 1.5 cups flour, 2 tbsp cocoa. Bake the same way.

While baked cakes, make cream. Rubs 2 eggs 2 cups of sugar, add 0.5 liters of warm boiled milk. All mix, put on low heat until boiling, stirring all the time. You can add vanillin.

Remove the cream from heat, allow to cool. Then gradually add soft butter (300-350 g), stirring all the time.

Finished cakes cut lengthwise into 2-3 pieces (depending on how they have rise). Cream lubricates, alternating light and dark cake.
